Terms of Service
The service
Spotary lets you photograph real-world subjects, identifies them with AI, and builds a private collection. You must be at least 13 years old to use Spotary.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us the limited license needed to store them and to process them for identification. Only photograph what you are allowed to photograph; do not upload unlawful content or images intended to identify people.
AI results
Identifications are automated best-effort guesses and can be wrong. They are game content, not expert advice. Never rely on Spotary to decide whether a plant, mushroom, animal, or food is safe to touch or eat.
Fair use
Daily scan limits apply. Attempting to abuse the service, probe other users' data, or automate scanning may result in suspension.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the profile screen. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently zero).
